Bitcodium operates this website and the Bahify software-as-a-service. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Bitcodium.
2. Subscriptions
Bahify is sold on a monthly or annual subscription. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page. You may cancel any time; renewals will not be charged after cancellation.
3. Custom Solutions engagements
Custom-software engagements are governed by a separate statement of work executed between you and Bitcodium. These site terms do not override that SOW.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to interfere with the service for other customers.
5. Data & security
We safeguard your business data per our privacy policy. We perform daily encrypted backups.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
